Charity Store

A charity store, also known as a medical supply thrift store, sells surplus supplies, mostly donated, at prices lower than standard retail. We operate our charity store as a nonprofit organization. All proceeds, meaning the money earned after expenses, directly benefit our programs and initiatives, helping us achieve our mission.

Product Inventory

Unlike standard medical retail companies, our charity store does not have unlimited access to products. Our inventory is very limited and changes often. If you cannot find a specific product, it means we do not have it. However, you are welcome to check back anytime.

Purchases & Returns

It's important to note that all purchases are final, and no returns or exchanges are allowed.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Please note that processing your order may take longer than you are accustomed to with retail businesses that sell ostomy supplies. Expedited shipping is not an option.

Product Condition

The supplies you receive from Kindred Box may differ from the products you have used. We ensure all items are kept in a climate-controlled warehouse until they can be mailed out. However, we don’t know how they were stored before receiving them.

We inspect each item to ensure the best possible quality and do our very best not to distribute compromised supplies. However, you might receive an item that doesn't work well. Therefore, we encourage you to examine each product before using it. 

In general, please be aware that certain supplies can be damaged if stored at temperatures exceeding those recommended by the manufacturer.
